What is on the roof, and what it could hold.

Every roof check says detected, none seen or unclear, with the date of the photo it was read from. Where the roof has been modelled, you also get the panel count, capacity and yearly yield.

Know the roof before the visit. What is there now, and what fits.

Existing panels, dated

A baseray model reads a dated photo of each roof and returns detected, none seen or unclear. Roofs it has not read show as not checked.

Size and yield

Where the roof has been modelled: the maximum panel count, capacity in kWp, yearly energy and usable roof area.

Largest roofs first

Rank buildings by footprint so the biggest roofs in your territory come to the top.

From a roof to a quote. Three steps in one workspace.

  1. 01

    Filter the roofs

Commercial and industrial roofs that were checked and show no panels.

  2. 02

    Check the photo date

Each verdict shows when the photo was taken, so you know how recent the check is.

  3. 03

    Size the system

Read the panel count, capacity and yield, and see the panels laid out in 3D.

Roof & solar. What it does, and what it does not do yet.

Is every roof checked?

Not yet. Roofs the model has read show detected, none seen or unclear with the photo date; the rest show as not checked.

Are the yield figures measured?

No. Panel count, capacity and yield are estimates for the modelled roof, and they are marked as estimates.
