# baseray

> baseray is building intelligence for insurers, solar installers, builders, trades and sales teams: one record per building in Romania and Czechia, with its shape, height, use, roof, existing solar panels, local climate and the companies registered at its address.

Find buildings by size, height, use and roof; check each one's register record, existing solar panels and the company registered at its exact official address; export lists as CSV, query them through the API with a workspace API key, or ask about them in ChatGPT, Claude or any MCP client through the baseray MCP server. Estimates carry a tilde; a registered office is never shown as ownership. Figures on the site come from the baseray snapshot of 25 Sep 2026. The site is in English, Romanian (https://baseray.ai/ro) and Czech (https://baseray.ai/cs); these files are in English.
